Reference: Public disclosures on 10/16/2019 and 02/17/2021. Our Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) appeal at the New York Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit concerning our Bank's criminal case ongoing in the United States of America has been denied by the Court. We will be asserting all our legal rights for appealing the Second Circuit's denial order. For the information of the public and investors.
