With the related public disclosure, it has been announced that the applications have been made to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency as per related Banking regulations and Capital Markets Board as per related Capital Markets regulations within the context of the resolution regarding "partial facilitated demerger through associate model" in order to manage mentioned subsidiaries and affiliate under a holding company which will be incorporated as a 100% subsidiary of our Bank.
Draft Announcement Text, Demerger Plan and Demerger Report which are enclosed in the application to the Capital Markets Board have been presented to our shareholders' review in our website, due to the 5 MB file size limit of the Public Disclosure Platform system.
