With the Board of Directors decision, dated 25.07.2022; With regard to our company's decision dated 04.07.2022; the value determined (USD 2.627.847) as a result of real estate valuation that was made for the purpose of purchasing the Organomineral Production Facility which is located in Sarıçam İlçesi, Acıdere OSB Mahallesi, Adana Hacı Sabancı OSB, Atatürk Bulvarı, No. 19 ADANA address; it was decided to purchase the related real estate for a price of USD 2.590.000 as a result of the negotiations. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
