Relevance: Our special statement of 28.01.2022. With relevant description; It has been announced that a Real Estate Sale Agreement has been signed with Kobisan Dört Toplu İşyeri Yapı Kooperatifi at the 7th Konya Notary Public for the sale of 414,417.72 m2 real estate, which is included in the assets of our subsidiary Golda Gıda A.Ş., and is classified as Investment Property, for 425,000,000 Turkish lira. As part of the Real Estate Sales Pledge Agreement signed between our subsidiary Golda Food Inc. and the Four Collective Workplace Construction Co., the transfer and sale of the property was completed on 19.07.2022 and 200,000,000 TL profit was obtained from the sale. Based on the terms of the contract 275,000,000 TL of the sales price has been collected. The remaining 150,000,000 TL will be collected in five equal installments by 30.12.2022. The proceeds of the sale will be used to meet the financial needs of the said company. (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail) |
