In accordance with the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and other applicable law and Article 9 of the Company Articles of Association, our Board of Directors resolved on 17.03.2021, on the issuance of debt securities for up to USD 750,000,000.00- for sale outside of Turkey in one or multiple tranches. The approval of our application was published in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin dated 01.04.2021 and numbered 2021/17. The approved issuance certificate will be published upon receipt from CMB. Final decision on the issuance will be determined based on market conditions at the time of issuance. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
