At the Board of Directors' meeting held by our company on 4 December 2020, it has been decided to execute buy-back transactions for Sasa shares up to a maximum of TL 200.000.000 by Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. due to Sasa share price formation caused by the market fluctuations. Within the framework of the announcements made by the Capital Markets Board regarding the Buy-Backed Shares on 21 July 2016 and on 25 July 2016; it has been decided to execute Sasa buy-back transactions on the Stock Exchange by Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş., and the maximum amount of funds reserved for share buy-back to be TL 200.000.000 and covered by the Company's internal resources, and the maximum number of shares to be buy-backed not to exceed this amount.
