Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated July 24, 2020 It was announced with the referred disclosure that the issuance ceiling application up to TL 30,000,000,000 for the debt instruments has been approved with the CMB's bulletin dated July 23, 2020 and numbered 2020/46. In this context; VakıfBank has commenced the operations for the bond issuance amounting TL 30,000,000 with a maturity of 92 days to be sold qualified investors and the book building for the aforesaid bond has been completed. The transfer of the asset to the customer accounts has done on 24.09.2020. According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
