International credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) downgraded Government of Turkey's long‐term issuer rating to B2 from B1 with a negative outlook and also lowered Turkey's foreign currency bond ceiling to B2 from B1. Consequently, Moody's revised the long-term rating of Tüpraş to B2, maintaining the negative outlook and emphasizing that Company's ratings are constrained by Turkey's foreign currency bond ceiling.
