The following decisions have been taken by Board of Directors at their meeting dated August 13, 2020;
Mr. Hüseyin Uğur BİLGİN, Executive Vice President, to retire at his own request and Mr. Kadir KARATAŞ, Head of Support Services, has been appointed as Executive Vice President. Mr. KARATAŞ will commence on his duty following BRSA approval.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
