Traffic results for October 2024 are as follows:
• In October 2024, total number of passengers carried decreased by 2.9% to 7.1 million, compared to 7.4 million passengers in October 2023.
• In October 2024, international to international passenger carried recorded as 2.5 million similar to the same period of 2023.
• L/F (Load Factor) was 82.7% in October 2024, same as the same period of 2023. In October 2024, L/F in international flights was 82.5% while L/F in domestic flights was 84.6%.
• ASK (Available Seat Kilometer) increased by 4.8% to 21.8 billion in October 2024 from 20.8 billion for the same period of 2023.
• Cargo/Mail carried in October 2024 increased by 4.7% to 165.2 thousand tons from 157.8 thousand tons in the same period of 2023.
Traffic results for the period of January – October 2024 are as follows:
• During the period of January – October 2024, total number of passengers carried increased by 1.3% to 72.2 million, compared to 71.3 million passengers in the same period of 2023.
• During the period of January – October 2024, international to international passenger carried increased by 6% to 26.5 million from 25 million in the same period of 2023.
• L/F decreased by 0.7 points to 82.3% compared to the period of January – October 2023. L/F in international flights was 81.9% while L/F in domestic flights was 86.8%.
• ASK increased by 8% to 212.6 billion during the period of January – October 2024 from 196.8 billion for the same period of 2023.
• Cargo/Mail carried during the period of January – October 2024 increased by 24% to 1.7 million tons from 1.3 million tons in the same period of 2023.
• By the end of October 2024, the number of aircraft in the fleet was 472.
Traffic results are consolidated and include Turkish Airlines main brand and AJet data.
