Yönetim Kurulunun 12.07.2024 tarihli kararında;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII 128.1 Pay Tebliği'nin 33. Maddesi 1. Fıkrası gereğince; sermaye artırımından elde edilecek fonun hangi amaçla kullanılacağına ilişkin ekteki sermaye artırımından elde edilecek fonun kullanım yerlerine ilişkin rapor un aynen kabul edilerek onaylanmasına,

Sermaye artırımı amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılacak başvuru sırasında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na sunulması ve kamuya açıklanması konularında Genel Müdürlüğe yetki verilmesine,

Toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.

According to the decision of our Company's Board of Directors, dated July 12nd, 2024,

It has been unanimously decided with the participants of the meeting that, the attached Report on the Areas of Use of the Fund to be Obtained in the Capital Increase, which has been prepared with respect to the purposes of use of the fund to be obtained from the Capital increase as per the 1st paragraph of the article 33 of the Capital Market Board's Share Communiqué no. VII 128.1, should be accepted and approved without any modification;

The Headquarters shall be authorized for submissions to the Board and public disclosure during the application to be made to the Capital Market Board for capital increase purposes.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
