During the meeting dated 15 February 2023 of our Company's Board of Directors, the "Report on Common and Continuous Transactions" between our Company and our subsidiary FERBİS Tarım Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi was prepared and approved, under the Corporate Governance Communiqué no. II-17.1 of CMB. The conclusion part of this report is as follows: "It is envisaged that the business activity which was common and continuous in 2022 and involves sales of raw materials, packages and finished products between our Company and our subsidiary FERBİS Tarım Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, exceeded more than 10% share in the total sales and transactions of the same nature and same kinds of transactions will continue in 2023 in accordance with the principles determined, within the framework of the Corporate Governance no. II-17.1 of the CMB; it is concluded that these transactions are in line with previous years and are reasonable compared to market conditions."In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
