Within the scope of the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS) that is being implemented in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's decisions, BRKO.E shares will be subject to restricting order transmission channels (prohibition of order submission through internet) measure from 28/12/2022 (beginning of the session) until 27/01/2023 (end of the session). Measures that are currently being implemented and defined in the earlier stages of the VBTS ("prohibition of short selling and margn trading", "gross settlement", "order package", and "single price trading method" measures) will be in effect until the end date of the restricting order transmission channels (prohibition of order submission through internet) measure.
Note: Measures implemented within the scope of the VBTS are considered separately from trading principles applied for the share as a result of the trading rules of the market/platform in which the share is traded, market segment changes, or other reasons. Accordingly, measures taken with respect to VBTS continue to be implemented until the end of the measure's implementation period irrespective of the validity period of the trading principles implemented with other regulations or decisions. For shares traded with "Continuous Trading with Market Maker" method, market making is not allowed until the end of the single price trading method measure.
Pursuant to Capital Markets Board's decision dated 11/02/2021, short selling transactions are banned for shares traded at the Borsa İstanbul Equity Market except BIST-50 stocks until a further notice.
