Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure dated May 13, 2020 With the referred disclosure, it was announced that a contract had been signed with Vakıf REIT for the sale of "Cubes Ankara Project" to the amount of TL 252,500,000 semi-annual in 4 equal installments. The Project includes indoor construction area of 207,853 m² field, consists of a residential, office, commercial areas and entertainment areas center in Çankaya, Ankara. Accordingly, the deed transfer process of ‘Cubes Ankara Project' has been finalized as of today.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
