Reference: Public disclosure dated 07.01.2019 With the public disclosure referenced above it had been announced by the Board of Directors that the General Directorate would be authorized to issue structured borrowing instruments up to 7,5 Billion Turkish Liras, based on indices such as bonds, currency, stock exchange, LIBOR but not limited to them, via sales to qualified investors, without public offering, in single or more issuances, in Turkish Liras, and with different types and terms, within the country; and to take one or more of the treasury bills and/or government bonds suitable with the structured borrowing instruments and/or interbank Turkish Liras LIBOR rates as reference, to add additional return if required, to determine the ratio of the additional return to be added, to determine all terms and conditions related to the structured borrowing instruments and, in this sense, to make all required applications to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, to the Capital Markets Board and other authorities. In this context; our Bank has made necessary applications to Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. for the yearly renewal of the authorisation the issuance of structured debt instruments to be sold domestically by our Bank in different maturities, through private placements. In case of contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
