As of the end of 2023, the judicial process between the unions regarding the determination of the labor union authorized to conclude collective bargaining agreements at Türk Telekom is still ongoing. Therefore, the expired collective bargaining agreement continued to be implemented without any deterioration in employee rights. Türk Telekom has realised the necessary increases in the wages and rights of its employees, taking into account public and private sector collective bargaining agreements.
