At the meeting of Board of Directors held on December 13, 2023; It was decided unanimously by the participants to arrange a contract regarding the purchase of 60 (sixty) independent units located in "Ödül İstanbul Project", by Our Company for a total of 331.900.000 TL (including VAT) with a term payment plan. The contract shall also include granting purchase option right up to 30 (thirty) independent units in the same project. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
